Parts and Accessories Shipping Policy

Our standard Shipping Policy at Bike and Forth is that we offer shipping all across continental North America. For all parts and accessories our shipping policy is a flat rate 14.95 and that is guaranteed within 5 business days of your order. This will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex provided with tracking information.

Scooter and E-Bike Shipping Policy

Bike and Forth also ships all of our scooters and e-bikes across the continental North America. Located in Toronto we ship to anywhere in Canada for 350.00. Additional fees will be charged to any city delivery that has a population less than 100,000. We will contact you with additional fees if needed.

As for the United States we can deliver anywhere for the amount of $650.00. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for handling and preparation before the shipping. All of our scooters will be shipped out from Buffalo so you will not need to worry about customs. Shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days.

Quality Assurance

All of our scooters go through a PDI (Pre delivery Inspection) which is included in the cost of shipping. It is up to the client upon receipt of the scooter to do an inspection on delivery. If anything has happened during transportation it needs to be noted and informed to the delivery driver.
