Bike and Forth offers a 7 day Money Back Guarantee from the day the product arrives on all purchases returned in original packaging(a 20% re-stocking fee applies). This guarantee is applicable only if the unit is in new condition with no damages/user abuse. If the unit is damaged there are no refunds or exchanges. Shipping to and from our warehouse is not included. No products can be returned unless a PO Return # has been issued. Please call us at 647-349-2452 if you need to return an item.
